第5个“准”

I was just reading through Dom7th’s 2004 camp booklet and I came across this particular devotion. I think it would be good to bring it up again, as a reminder. The text from the devotion passage will be in orange.


准
经文---歌罗西书3:23-24

诗班员照理都晓得唱诗时， 除了歌词方面的咬字要准之外， 在音乐方面还有三准：
1.音高(pitch)要准
2.音长(duration)要准
3.音速(tempo)也要准
合共四准. 这四准都很重要。我们作诗班员的， 都要悉力以赴。

除了以上的4 “准” 外， 还有一准。 这一个 “准” 比其他 “准” 更重要， 我们应该郑重思想， 小心从事。 这个 “准” 是 “对准” 的准， 指我们选定行为的对象和目标。 对诗班员而言， 关键就是:：“我歌唱的对象是谁? 为什么要向他歌唱?”

满足自己的艺术冲动和表现自己的歌唱水平， 这两样本身并没有不对，只是在敬拜上帝的事奉上，若以自己为主要焦点，并抱着满足自己的艺术冲动和表现自己的态度，那就不应该了。

敬拜的歌唱是以上帝为对象----以他为唯一或最高至宝而唱给他听；目标是使上帝得荣耀和讨上帝的喜悦。我们要为上帝而唱，对准上帝发出颂赞。


Once again, we are reminded to worship the Lord, the Audience of One. As long as we work for God with all our hearts, God will be please with us. Let us be determined to give the Lord our best, for he is worthy of our best. Have faith in the Lord, for he is the one in control.
